Base for Lastest Lego Project

Hadn't really posted anything new as of late, so I decided to post this photo. The base of my current Lego project, which have I have in mind for about a year or so, but only recently started fully working on. It's an ongoing thing, with tweaks and redesigns having already occurred, and without a doubt more as time goes on.

My question to everyone present is, what do you think this will turn out to be?
