Phineas and Ferb: If I'd Wrote That
I've heard some people talk about “You know, if I had wrote that...” over the years and over various subjects. Well, Phineas and Ferb in no exception. I've been much thought into this and I came up with the following. I did have more ideas, but this is all I really thought out and liked. Now, keep in mind, this is all based on my opinion, I mean no offense to anyone.
-Phineas and Ferb Get Busted-
Now, while this isn't one my favorites, I feel it was a good story, seeing what'd happen if Candace ever successfully busted her brothers. But this is what I would've done differently. At the part where Linda and Lawrence receive the note from the city council, they also find the boys' project book, and are fascinated. It'd be at this time, everyone sees the report on the school, and see it's not a reform school, but listed as a “conform”school. Seeing the report, Linda and Lawrence, and Candace and Jeremy embark to get the boys. Now, not much would change until they reach the cliff and are cornered. They try to break the boys' brainwashing, but are unsuccessful, when the drill sergeant character arrives. Linda and Lawrence confront him why he'd create such a school and he explains his motivation. He had a younger sibling who was the “creative one” of his family and the one who got the most attention, and his resentment drove him to create the school. Hearing this, Candace realizes that she has a subconscious resentment and envy of her brothers' creativity. It's then the boys turn their back on the family and want to stay with the drill sergeant. Linda and Lawrence are distraught and the following happens.
Linda: Lawrence, we took our amazing children and sent them away to be turned into drones. You know what this means?
Lawrence: Yes, yes I do.
Linda & Lawrence: We're the worse parents ever!
They two then break down crying, as the drill sergeant chuckles in victory. Candace is now in a guilt ridden breakdown.
Candace: No. No, it wasn't suppose to be like this. I didn't want this to happen. (drops to her knees) Phineas, Ferb. I'm sorry. Please, come back. Come back. I'm sorry.
Just then, Phineas' voice starts saying “Candace. Candace, wake up.” Candace then bolts awake and sees her brothers, who heard her talking in her sleep and checked on her. Candace then realizes she had a dream and is thankfully she didn't bust her brothers. She hugs them and joyfully sends them along. She has an epiphany and is about to swear off busting, when Perry sneaks by to enter one of the various secret entrances, which knocks something off a shelf. The object then drops onto Candace's head, which causes her to forget her dream. She hears something and looks out her window, and then says “Oh, they're so busted”.
So your thoughts?
